City-Us Real Estate Properties was born from the vision of transforming the real estate sector in Portugal and supporting its clients and investors in generating wealth, based on trust and professionalism. This vision reflects the trajectory of its founder, with over 25 years of experience in construction, projects, and real estate investments.

He holds a Master's degree in Architecture and Urban Design from Columbia University in New York, where he also received the prestigious William Kinne Prize. He complemented his training with an MBA in Management from IMF Business School in Madrid.

With solid professional and academic experience, including experience in the United States, the Netherlands, Angola, Macau, and Portugal, he has worked for leading multinational companies such as Royal HaskoningDHV. He currently serves as Chief Executive of the City-Us Group and serves on the Executive Board of real estate projects, including Tower 2 in the Amoreiras Complex in Lisbon, among other notable buildings.

At the same time, he maintains a strong connection to associative and cultural life, serving as President of non-profit associations, notably the Aqui há Futuro Association. He has also collaborated on important initiatives of the Portuguese Order of Architects, notably through his participation in the Survey of 20th-Century Portuguese Architecture (IAPXX), as part of the Lisbon and Tagus Valley team.

A dual Portuguese and Angolan national, he brings a global and multicultural vision that inspires City-Us' mission: to create sustainable value and generate opportunities in the real estate sector.

Besides his professional career, he is passionate about sports, especially martial arts, cycling, and fitness, disciplines that reinforce his resilience, persistence, and determination—values ​​he also embodies in his leadership of the City-Us Group.
